Is this service legal?
Yes. The medical consultation process and diagnosis is completely free and without obligation. Any websites offering direct prescription medications are illegal, and websites that market any prescription drugs are also illegal in the UK.

How does the online consultation work?
Online consultations are an innovation in health care that utilizes the Internet to improve patient access to the physician. Under this system, the patient no longer needs to receive a traditional physical exam by the physician, rather the patient completes an online questionnaire, and this questionnaire is then submitted to the physician. In must be said that online consultations can never take the place of traditional medicine, they do provide a valid means for patients to receive treatment for a number of conditions that, in many circumstances, do not actually require a physical exam.

Is there a processing or consultation fee?
No. We do not charge you a consultation or processing fee. Costs associated with having a physician review your medical history, having a pharmacy fulfil your prescription and all associated processing costs are built into the cost of the medication.

Are these medications genuine?
Yes. The pharmacy is a registered and monitored pharmacy.  All of the medications are genuine branded medicines, carrying the original manufacturers' stickers and hallmarks. They are dispensed subject to prescription by a qualified pharmacist under authority.

What if my order isn't approved by the doctor?
If your order is rejected there will be no charge and you will be notified.

Will my order be discreetly packaged?
All prescription medications despatched by the pharmacy are packaged discreetly to ensure safe arrival to your door. Our service is fully confidential.  All orders are sent in discrete and private packaging.

Do I need to be home to sign for it?
Yes, Royal Mail require a signature on delivery as confirmation of receipt. You can arrange for the item to be delivered to perhaps a work address for convenience.
 
What if I am unable to be at home when Royal Mail attempts delivery?
Royal Mail will leave a calling card instructing you to collect from your local delivery office, or alternatively re-arranging for delivery at a convenient time for you.

Which credit cards do you accept?
At present we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

I do not have a credit card. Can I pay by bank transfer?
Yes. Just check the box (‘I will pay in advance by bank transfer’) on the ordering form and we will email you our banking details.

Are there any hidden costs?
No. There are no hidden costs. We do not charge for the consultation and you will not be charged extra for delivery. In the event that your request is not approved by the doctor, you will owe us nothing. Medicines and consultation are always billed separately so that you can claim the costs for the consultation from your medical insurance. Again: there are no hidden charges: the total amount is final.

What does ‘Physician & Pharmacy’ mean?

We are an official member of 'Physician & Pharmacy': you have the assurance of consultation with a licensed medical practitioner, and supply through a registered pharmacy.
